Stippick tried and Mazurek was just coming into company and well aware of the r/s attempt....then he merely was left holding the bag and Stippick disappeared.

Mazurek had to get his brother to loan company money because couldn't get ANY investors. Supply chain delays etc are BS and excuse....had no clients !! IF PPP 200k didn't come in MSMY would have been dead long ago. Financials don't lie.

Mazurek is bolting from pubco just as I stated he was attempting to go back private where he can continue niche market success...Eclipse isn't a sexy investment in oversaturated mj market. Cant afford to be public!

NEW CEO or group will want clean slate or increase authorized...Mazurek will get out with small amount of promised stock, maybe some cash for his efforts.
