The same person has been spewing about a r/s for years. Claims to be a retired accountant. Eclipse has reduced the share count. A r/s would be next to impossible. The CEO on video has said many times there are no plans to r/s. That would kill investors value and is the farthest thing from what they want to do. They have just now gotten a 500k NON-TOXIC loan to support their move to a smaller building. So the r/s BS again is just that BS. We have been on a decline it has been silent and supply for all businesses has been tough. Things are looking up for them now. They have a product in high demand so like their tweet says “there is a bright light at the end of the tunnel”.
