There's no buyback proof. OWUV won't even respond to questions asking for explanation of the discrepancy between their PR claiming 33.4m shares were buyback shares they paid to Danielle Tanner whereas annual report clearly shows it was dilution shares. Unless I missed something, only one of the two can be true. Why did they have to pay millions of dollars worth of shares is another question that needs to be answered as well ... what services are that expensive and how did those services add value to OWUV shareholders? Given the clear evidence and all these questions, at this time, I don't see any reason to take any of their statements at face value.

As you know, OTC is chock-full of LYIN' SCAMMERS. Imho, if OWUV wants to stand apart from the rest of the OTC pack and become known as trustworthy, they now needs to earn that trust by backing their buyback claims starting with the (Dec 5m buyback claim) with irrefutable proof and explain the PR vs annual report discrepancy about the dilution of 33.4m shares.
