DLM has stated that he has NOT sold any shares more than once on this matter. That would require a form 4 and they adhere closely to those rules so just posting 2, 10ks on the board is meaningless. Perhaps there is a logical reason for any discrepancy? I'm not going to waste my time looking over the 2, 10ks on some bogus trail that leads to a nothing burger.
I would recommend contacting DLM regarding such a concern that IMHO is a lot about nothing.
And what you have stated does not in any way indicate that DLM has sold any shares.
