Stockorus- why would they pin us to such a specific reading on day 7. Another question I have always wondered about is the fact that the DSMC gave us the go ahead at the halfway point of our trial, when most other trials were haulted at the halfway point because meeting stat sig was not obtainable. They must have seen that LL was showing a benefit at that point with injections given on day 0 and day 7 or our CD12 would not have been allowed to continue. For the FDA to say LL showed no benefit for S2C Covid 19 is simply not true. What is the most puzzling to me is why did CyDy not immediately start another trial asking again for 4 doses of LL based on our early success with 2 , one could make the educated assumption that 4 doses over a 28 day period could only give patients a better chance. Nothing about that trial seems to make sense , especially the FDA not granting a 4 dose trial from the beginning
