Longs, most know I'm a long. I am also extremely nervous about this whole situation. The posts by yellowdog, Brentjanice, and Hotstocks made me feel somewhat better, but I still would like to find out for myself.
This morning I attempted to call Jim Plant and was unable to get through to him. How others are getting through him I don't know but the secretary would not even transfer me to his voicemail. I was advised to call Big Apple.
Earlier this afternooon I called Big Apple and spoke with Rodney. He was extremely pleasant but did not provide me with anything than what is in the press release. He said the company has not updated them with status of the SEC investigation. I asked him if the company would trade on the grey market once this SEC investigation was completed and he said he didn't know. What I thought sounded interesting was he said there were 1000's of investors in Cyberkey, including brokers who are also invested in this stock. He said these brokers would know more about the whole situation and what would happen then what he knows which I thought sounded kind of funny given the fact this is our IR.
Anyway, I'm upset over this and if anyone has anything to share I would appreciate it. Bashers, including janice, can respond to someone else as you will be ignored.
