Hmmm. Trumps own lawyer says:

"The Plaintiff, Donald J. Trump, the 45th President of the United States of America, is a private citizen who is sui juris and he resides in the State of Florida in the Southern District of Florida."

and:

"The Defendant, Hillary R. Clinton (hereinafter “Clinton”), is a resident of the State of New York and is sui juris"

So Trump's lawyer thinks Trump is a "private citizen" and refers to Hillary in the present tense - As though she's alive?
