has absolutely nothing to do with your previous comment.

"Maybe the company thought it could get the filings approved without the need to raise the AS and were told no?

Maybe Nevada would not let them re corporate without the rise in AS?"

Facts:

One of two reasons why SEC revoked the stock

"1.QTMM(CIK No. 1403570) is a defaulted Nevada corporation located in San Marcos, TX with a class of securities registered with the Commission under Exchange Act Section 12(g).
As of May 7, 2021, the common stock of QTMM (Symbol QTMM) was quoted on OTC Link (formerly Pink Sheets) operated by OTC Markets, Inc., had ten market makers and was eligible for the Piggyback exception of Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11(f)(3)."

SEC revoked QTMM because it was a defaulted Nevada corporation located in San Marcos, TX .

QTMM raised the AS October 31, 2021

QTMM became reactivated in Nevada one day after AS was raised.

Who said it did have to do with their financial results

It has absolutely nothing to do with their financial results.

May have had everything to do with an auditor unwilling to sign off on an SEC filing claiming that QTMM was an active Nevada Corporation.
