What is fact is that the CEO was fired, the COB was demoted and the stock is languishing over any relevant time frame. The SEC filing are FACT! The FDA letter is FACT! The going concern stated by the company is FACT!

Let’s get real! This dog still can’t hold $.50 and only traded about $115k worth of stock today. Does that sound like a stock informed investors are backing the truck up for? Why wouldn’t any astute investor take a chance on this once in a lifetime opportunity at $.49, even if only went up to $1.00, they’d double their money!

This seems reasonable??
