I wish the SEC will enforce that kind of new law to protect all the OTC investors! However the Big-Board stocks (NASDAQ/NYSE/AMEX) are also doing the Same crap stuff --- Endless Heavy dilutions (such as TNXP)...
Anyway SUTI did crash to 0.0003 yesterday and also a few weeks ago! Did you get any Bottom shares at 0.0003? None for me. So I bought 50M shares at the New bottom 0.0004. No any luck to steal any 52-week-low shares at 0.0003 yet? Perhaps tomorrow or in the coming days after tomorrow due to its current Limited-Information-tier and Empty-Shell risk?
I guess totally about 100M shares sold at 0.0003 most recently!
