HOLDERS that signed releases and got shares ARE THE LAST LINK IN THE CHAIN OF TITLE as the was an IMMEDIATE CHANGE of OWNERSHIP at that point.
This may make it easier for soem to understand although not exactly the same but yes it is really.
I own a large plot piece of land, I sell that land BUT BUT BUT I wrote in the contract that I RETAIN THE MINERALS under the land. OIL is then found on the land or gold or diamonds or whatever, THE NEW OWNER of course OWNS THE LAND (WMIH/COOP), but not any rights to or in the minerals I(WMI) retained.
AT THE TIME (NOW CHANGED) the FDICK had NO SEIZURE RIGHTS over WMI's assets (the minerals) so guess what the new owner POST 3-12_2012(WMIH/COOP) doesn't either, THEY REMAINED MINE(WMI's)
Those that bought AFTER that of course have their COOP shares and those imho will do great in time, but THEY HELD NO ESCROWS and have NO ENTITLEMENT to assets owned PRIOR to the date of our releases.
WHY on earth WOULD THEY, they RELEASED NOTHING as they had nothing to release if they bought after March of 2012
