IN short some things went forward and into the AMENDED POR 7 and some did not imho.
OR the WHOLE text and content of the AMNEDED POR 7 would have to have been totally rewritten and changed.

NEGOTIATIONS change certain things in contracts and a POR is IS IS a contract that must be fulfilled per the court
