Anything is possible if one is sized in deep well below the insider(s) - especially on that last dilutive offering at $.60

Like I've been saying all along, the INSTITUTIONAL Investors are the ones that are down tens of millions of dollars and NEED NEED NEED to average down. In doing so, they will push the shares north of $1/share followed by the typical push into the $3-$4 range (ie: MULN)
