I think this can go up a good deal on people guessing about this merger deal. But you're flat out wrong about the $605K no longer being on the books. Did you look at the Dec 31, 2021 balance sheet? It is still sitting there. (Look at p.10 of this: https://www.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/321163/content) Also, if you read about that IPO that got scuttled, you'll see that shareholders were hoping to pull $22M in cash out. Where is that sort of cash going to come from in this deal? Reverse merger + reverse split + major new issuance?
