Symbol/Name change with FIRNA can take months. 45 to 90+ days min. And that’s if they don’t have any questions. Then get close to the K or a Q filing, they like to kick the work down the road to see the next filing drop. They won’t put out the effort if they can squeeze a new story into proving they are committed to going into a shell. Especially after the 9/28 drama.

Synergy has been updating the change in their BD&CM R/M deal. FIRNA kicked it out for another round Of questions. I think it’s good now, but they are up against the 10k. I can see FIRNA use that as an excuse stall. 9/28 created tons of work for them. Anything to kick a shell down the road.
Patience will pay off. I don’t like how thin the BID looks. I got $5k riding in this. I hate to go over that amount, but damn! This dips below .90, I’ll have to add.
