Hovendick is a very smart player here. I believe he is a straight laced by the book person who does things legal way. I don’t buy any of the bullshit he is shorting or working with Sharp. He’s not gonna take that risk. There is a reason he’s asking for so much. He knows how important this merger is and how much it’s worth. Frank trying to lowball him. He knows the aggravation of starting over is not worth it. HD is also not foolish in this being his chance to get his money back but he’s posturing for more. At the end of the day the shortest way is through Jpex. Veemost waited this long for a reason. Someone has to walk away from this deal because neither side was budging. That will change now
