But how much of those funds is already gone? Wouldn't be at all surprised if that's what's keeping it afloat. Have funds been put to use in any fashion that is generating income, or just keeping salaries paid and the wolves from the door? Revenues need to increase qtr over qtr, contracts need to be signed. Maybe all that is happening. Maybe it's not.
