Total nonsense. The covid pandemic was a huge boom for disinfection companies. Only one that I know of wasn't able to capitalize, and actually blamed covid despite the fact that they were deemed essential and should've been all over the place. Instead they ripped off would be distributors for a quick cash grab.

None of that would be slowing down oil and gas, yet it's been a year and a half and really nothing to show for it.

Face it, Gary is a slouch and his business model doesn't allow for quick reaction and meeting needs as they arise. Zero flexibility, zero agility, just slouch and hope someone gives him more funding.
