It was an act of self defense,,,,,maybe Trump did give the OK but I know our forces always have the right to fire back if fired upon...

Thats the way I understood it but I could be wrong....

Putin did not retaliate.... We did end up leaving soon after. I know trump was responsible for that and walking a way from the Kurds...
