It was a misunderstanding by the press. Apparently the non traded division of L-3 is called Celerity. It's confusing and quite the blunder on the IR dept. I am wondering why the real Celerity CESY does not come out with a clarification PR. Although they did not put out the info, the miscommunication is causing alot of negative stuff for them.
