IMHO, doing this stagering amount of work now to change the flow sheet is entirely to maximize the efficiency of extracting REEs. Becoming more efficient at extracting our primary elements is simply a great bonus. One can only hypothesis at all the new financial accounting if they do master this revised flow sheet.
Team Niocorp is extremely aware of our critical timelines, permit expirations, and cash coffers. They would only be going down this path if they very confident of a at least a minimum range of inspiring results. Don't forget, this is the team whom got Mountain Pass up and financed! My guess, like others here, is there is a silent entity motivating this process.
