They were obligated to inform the trust beneficiaries and that was the reason they published that murky FAQ on 01/10.And in the same they mentioned that those FAQ's cover only certain features of the trust and for info purpose only.However you tweak,Trust was formed for claims and equity holders, guaranteed as per sec filed documents.You can tweak as you wish.
