I read the form notice by Paladin, and quite frankly, I could not draw any concrete conclusions from it, except it was a low budget offer to sell securities to some people..... certainly, it has no connection to Wmih.....do you draw a conclusion as to somehow they are going to funnel safe harbor assets to people that invest in Paladin, and present this to the board as DD?......she has stated on record that there were no safe harbor.... all assets of WMI were put into a Trust to pay creditors only, and that the WMIL-T was a Grantors Trust naming WMI as the sole beneficiary....where do you see shareholders as beneficiary to that Grantors Trust.....?
