she discussed that in her letter....Please read what the actual figures were presented in court... she said no Boeing 747, and that WMI had no MBS in safe harbor... all assets of WMI holding was placed in the WMIL-t to distribute to creditor claims... she also went on to state the facts about what escrows were intended for, and that they had no intrinsic value...as well as a boatload of other misconstrued items as presented on this board... she also goes on record as saying that there were members on this message board who were engaging in spurious assertions about returning assets.... Please read the letter with an open mind.... now if you disagree with her assertions, then you must challenge her IN COURT FOR RELIEF....she represents the WMI Trust, along with Charles Smith.... you can't go any higher for a source for your questions......please do not adventure into old arguments from 14 years ago about this or that... it is inconsequential to what she has said......Lodas
