You are not gaming out what happens if the US starts taking out anti-aircraft installations in Russia. The people of Russia will unite against us, and could even rally behind putin. That is even discounting the idea that putin is nuts and might go nuclear. You seem to be hidebound into your idea and are not looking at other scenarios, none of which either of us knows the outcome of.

Destroying the russian economy is more strategic than tactical, and you seem to confuse the two.
