That's why I like Biden, a president listens to those around him, they all present information, some disagree with the approach, others disagree with what happens after, then they weigh the decision, sometimes they are quick, but sometimes the best decision is the one that is slowed. Once a president commits, alot of plans get put into motion. If it's an offensive move, he might not be able to abort it, especially if new information is presented.
