Why hasn't Sharp furthered the court case?

Why has Sharp allowed the name "American Blockchain" expire twice?

Why hasn't Sharp done anything to get this out of expert Market?

It looks like George Sharp can't get this current and has abandoned this bloated dumpster fire of a shell.
