GVSI has problems with getting previous management's preferred shares resolved, this is stuck in Expert Market so you can't buy it, it has problems with the SEC, it has problems with Nevada SOS, it's stuck in court, it has a bloated OS (2,405,413,500), it doesn't have a new form 10. It never renewed the name "American Blockchain" with Nevada. It's price has cratered and there are no meaningful updates from Sharp in over nine months as to what's going on.
Those are facts.
It looks like George Sharp can't get this current and has abandoned this bloated dumpster fire of a ticker.
