The pipeline is to make it easier...The oil sand is coming to the gulf by train...
I agree. But not in the quantity a pipeline would allow, thereby reducing costs. Endgame, cheaper byproducts. And, althought there is much discussion about environmental concerns of the pipeline, there are far greater concerns with shipping by rail.

So, its another spin of the facts for politics sake, not so unlike a biolab becoming a bioweapons production lab...

I don't recall saying that the labs in Ukraine were bioweapons labs. However, they do have the same risks as Wuhan, especially if a Russian Rocket were to hit one, intentionally or unintentionally. Why oh why don't they build those things underground, instead of a fancy facility begging for catastrophe? And on the border of Russia? Or in China? Real strategic thinking, eh?
