I think they are getting everything complete for the move that why all of the filing for the OTC and the Share Ownership the last three days. All of that must be done before the up listing and when UNQL lawyer did the 144 Opinion for me the Paralegal told me it was FINRA that was holding everything up and that is who those filing was for the last three days
