Powerbattles I Purchased 28,502 shares @.0283 all or none time 9:52 am. But getting very nervous about all this talk about a reverse split and share holder dilution. Every stock I’ve ever owned that has gone through a reverse split has done nothing except keep going down till there is no interest. Then your holding a worthless peace of paper. Total shares held now 135,119 average price .0355 cents. I hope there is some News Forthcoming. I think the Preferred Share conversion to common shares is the biggest issue here of the common share holder Dilution.
