I would agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong with that said imo you're wrong. We will most likely see new funds in the next Q, but before that i expect we'll see an update to the O/S within the next days to couple weeks. The lender, and in this case a TOXIC LENDER, doesn't care what price the shares are converted at as long as its above $.68. This is how they get their $$ back for the loan! They can buy, sell and short that's in the Q and its exactly how this game is played. Don't fool yourself, this is an OTC company that used a reverse merger to move to the Nasdaq with 2 R/S in the past 6 years which is also a trademark of OTC companies. $MULN has an enormous opportunity to explode to the upside if played right and that's why i'm long. IMO the CEO lied when he said he doesn't know why the stock is going down or he doesn't understand how the markets work when your Q lists incoming possible dilution with $300.00 bones on hand! Once this new supply has entered the market and the diluter and partners have tied up all the supply that's when we'll see the real move imo. GLTU $MULN
