Sort of related. If all of pukeins wealth is listed in rubles, what is his worth now? If he had 100's of billions in dollars worth of rubles in banks, is his worth still the same?
It's also not clear just what he can still get his hands on right now.

But one thing seems to be pretty clear, pukeins rein may be soon over and I think he saw that when frump didn't get elected and he felt the time is short and he needed to do something to accomplish his dreams of grandeur.

I would say the odds of him surviving this war alive has just dropped.
