I think everything russian oil needs to be shut down totally with the clear explanation that it is only temporary until pukein is taken out of circulation. His treatment of millions of innocent russian citizens does not need to be permanent. Our sanctions are making people suffer, however it is because of pukein they are happening and things should or will go back to functioning for their well being.

Not only is pukein killing people of Ukraine, he is also killing his own citizens from low economic living.
