No. It has nothing whatsoever to do with the Mirage business model.

The Mirage business model is simple:

1. Greedy pennygamblers hand their money to Crooked MICHAEL WARD, either directly via PPs or indirectly by retail buying of stock shares issued to CONvertible debt financiers (e.g., PowerUp/Curt Kramer) who pay Crooked MICHAEL WARD.

2. Crooked MICHAEL WARD keeps the money.

That's it. Everything else is simply a cover story used to sell those shares.

It is a very simple business and nothing that goes on in Mexico has anything whatsoever to do with it. Never did. Just part of the storytelling.

Crooked MICHAEL WARD has been executing this business model, or slight variations thereof (selling master limited partnership units, partnerships, private corporation shares, taking loans with no payback, etc.) for decades.

It keeps working.
