De wouldn’t pass the ‘COGS’ its a revived shell. Had been dissolved & they wouldn’t reinstate it. Forget the taxes, forget we are from the UK or Timbuktu it didn’t get that far! DE just don’t allow it anymore. So it was reverted back. TDS has no time or money to wait and find out
