Unfortunately The late filing goes all the way back to tidelands and gambit..I will go so far as to say, all the same characters were in place..That being the lenders, and his accountant. So if this is nothing more than his MO, and sucking at his job, boy are we all stupid/ naive for investing here.
I would like to also add the projects are certainly real..Amlo winning the election was a direct hit to our ever achieving fruition. In my opinion Ward has tried every slippery trick in the book (fake financing, a BS Company, with a prominent Mexican, bringing in College buddies, hiring a top notch PR firm) ) to make Mexico think he could bring these projects to fruition, But Amlo has seen through it all..He has closed the door on Mirage, just like Ward has done to all of us…
As for fully diluting the stock, MW knew the end game ,it really didn’t matter..Ward knew/knows he is not going to break past AMLOs nationalism..( One might call it political BS, others might call it a Wardism)
It has certainly been a Heroic effort(cough/laugh),but the fearless leader of the tiny Energy giant has a lot of things to explain..There has been a lot of unprofessional business practice that no shareholder, or for that matter country, would want to associate themselves with.
