if you believe the unaudited financials, just a bunch of unsold inventory...would you like your settlement in biometric USB drives ?

Their bldg is leased and Jim Plant doesn't own property in the area, to our knowledge. Not a whole bunch of company assets in those unaudited financials...his patents (or pending patents) are worthless too, since the technology was ten years old already.
