ELBSF: The delisting of the Company's common shares results from the completion of a plan of arrangement with DGTL Holdings Inc. (TSXV: DGTL). Pursuant to the arrangement, DGTL acquired all of the Company's common shares in exchange for common shares of DGTL based on an exchange ratio equal to 0.1136 share of DGTL for each share of EL held, representing a total of 5,419,173 (including 99,173 shares underlying exercised restricted share awards) common shares of DGTL.
