But specific to the UK, it is new... none of this activity with Tutum existed 6 months ago, and much of it is new in the last 3 months as far as outwardly obvious signs. And it lines up directly with what we have been told happened by PCTL. Yes the previous UK team was a huge disappointment... no one is debating that. But the new team (Tutum) is actually doing something, that's my only point. The previous UK team was a lot of talk and little action.

As for the bigger question... not cherry picking. Not getting involved in the O&G topic unless I have something new to find, if I find something pertinent.
All I try to do here is share facts and details that I find out there. You are correct that PCT does not have a good history of delivering. Your question of if they will deliver is a fair question. But I would counter by saying that there has been some major internal changes that I believe will result in future success. I have a lot of confidence in Art and the stability he has brought to the company. Remains to be seen of course.
