I bought some LUKOY this week as an entry point. also down, but hoping it stays listed and can own for years to come. If confidence increases of no delisting I would love to back the truck up.
What would happen to shares if delisted? Do we just go to $0 value = 100% loss?
What happens in a halt? Simply cannot trade for a period of time = days, weeks, months or years?
I appreciate the thoughts/insights on the situation.
