My posts had nothing to do with what you're asking. My posts were about oil prices and PCTs share prices. Your asking about oranges while I'm taking about apples.

Regarding your question, sure something might finally materialize, but so far it hasn't. And that's what? Two years and counting? To answer your question, that's why. I don't pay attention to or put faith into any of that bs. To date, no partnership that pct has supposedly entered into has produced anything meaningful. No reason to believe this will be any different.
