At this point it's a stupid argument on Sharp's part if he is pointing toward $JPEX.
$JPEX is a shell, so where is the scam in that~? A scam shell~?

No, this other NoMoDo on the $CUBV board was pointing directly at $VeeMost as the scam. Ever wonder where GUNSMOKE came from~? Saying $VeeMost was a scam~? Then there was Old Crow saying the same thing.
There is a common theme here. This wasn't about $JPEX the shell. It is what is going to become $JPEX the shell.

Envy is a real killer for egotistical guys like GS.
He's a piece of work.

All in my opinion.
