That would be a shocking reduction. 41 billion AS wiped out, and 6 billion OS? Think of the confidence that would instill in investors? It's hard to imagine this not going to, say. .003 on that kind of news.

People panic on OTCs when they start raising the AS and call them share selling scams - here you'd have the exact opposite. An 80 percent reduction in AS, and a 40% reduction in OS down to 10 billion. I'd think the volume on that announcement would be explosive.
