George Sharp has brought an order to show cause in court against EVLI and tweeted about it TWICE yesterday.

The EVLI CEO showed up in court without a lawyer. The judge says he has to get a lawyer within the next 30 days.

George Sharp:

The court then advised him that he had 30 days to secure counsel, and if counsel did not appear by March 30, the court will consider all options available to it.

Obviously George Sharp has an interest in EVLI.
