They can't arrest all of them

Fair enough. But one would think they could arrest the ONE person they have on Video organizing and actively in real time fomenting the so called insurrection.

Imagine...fake news could play the video of him organizing a deadly arm insurrection over and over again...BUT they don't.

They don't want to do any real investigative journalism.

It's probably that simple.
