Well I hope you get your fill. Plenty of shares available as is the norm for ECSL. Curious as to why shaving a penny .... =) .... when there are "dollars" to be had ... maybe.

You aren't really thinking ECSL runs away to $2 or anywhere close on Monday do ya ? I'd certainly like to see it but odds are ... well ... you know ....

Still looks like a deal is happening ... given the $2.5 million payment for extension. Still unclear what ECSL is buying other than land now.
