Remember Taylor Moffitt of Halydean?

Ho was of a co-runner of Angel Stanz's scam with RIGH (BudGenius).

Looks like he was running other scams at the same time (in 2016) and in 2020 the State of Washington caught up with him:

It's just a shame that the fines and sanctions imposed on him are a pittance and a tiny fraction of what he duped investors out of.
