to enrich themselves at our expense, I believe, that they can hardly find the time to plan ahead or provide proper after sales service...

For what its worth...
I have had my Secureview since late last year and has worked like a charm. The only problem was that it did indeed malfunction sometime in June (not sure if it was something that I did). But after a call to the company, I had a new one within days and it has worked perfectly since. I was not ignored and am not sure what department is in charge, but I am pleased with the results.
