Hopefully we hear something very soon. They aren't just now making a game plan based on the acquisition, I'm sure. Probably lots is in the works and can be announced, but for now the stock could definitely use the roadmap and reasonable timelines you mention since there is increased awareness of the stock, but investors down here lose interest very quickly if they aren't fed steady information that keeps them interested..
One thing some don't realize is that long termers have very little effect on the stock price once they are fully loaded. Day to day the price is determined by who is selling TODAY, and who is buying TODAY. Obviously long termers have to buy SOMETIME and company performance is eventually all that matters, but since the OTC is dominated by financer selling and short term minded retail traders, until there is solid proof of future profits a stock like VNUE is highly dependant on the quantity and quality of the communication to shareholders.
Lots of skiddish investors due to general market weakness, as well as an anemic penny stock market, so to keep the price above a penny for uplisting they need to really inspire confidence not just for the long term but also for the near term. That's 100% why the stock went crazy in the fall of 2020 - people were expecting big things in a relatively short amount of time. Is that still the case? No. And that's because of communication. Still hoping they have enough to move the stock to the next level -- .016 - .018 right now..just gotta tell us what it is..
My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
